  • Tickets are available for booking through this website or at the entrance (unless we are at capacity).

  • Yes, we do. Gift a mind-bending experience with a digital gift card to the Museum of Illusions. Funds can be used on tickets and merchandise in the Illusion Shop.

  • Tickets can be purchased at the door, although we do recommend purchasing them online if possible to ensure the time slot you’re looking to attend isn’t sold out!

  • Car Parking: There are two parking garages that provide access to the museum: the North and South garages. Both garages can be accessed from 400 West and 100 South. First hour is free and parking is free on Sundays. Valet parking is available every evening after 5PM. Valet is located between Fleming’s and the Union Pacific Depot.

    Bus Parking: Buses are allowed to drop off on 100 S heading east. Buses are able to park in the lot off of 500 W.

  • The museum experience typically takes between 45 and 60 minutes, but there is no time limit, so you are welcome to explore at your own pace.

  • Yes, we are wheelchair accessible. There are a few rooms with slanted floors that are not as accessible but those can be bypassed on your visit.

  • Ticket and merchandise purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to make your reservation time, we are more than happy to reschedule you to a new date.

  • No, animals are not allowed inside the museum, except for service animals.

  • No, food and drinks are not allowed in the museum.

  • Tickets are not required for children who are ages four and younger. They can enter MOI for free!

  • Ticket allocation and rescheduling are subject to local policy and availability and usually require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the event date. Click the manage booking link on the upper right of your confirmation to reschedule your visit or add additional tickets.   • Complimentary admission is available exclusively to teachers and educators with valid school IDs. Teachers and educators are eligible for one complimentary admission per year. This offer is valid for walk-in visitors only. Please present your valid school ID upon entry.
