Tickets are available for booking through this website or at the entrance (unless we are at capacity). Tickets purchased on unauthorized websites or through scalpers will not be honored.

Tickets can be purchased at the door, although we do recommend purchasing them online if possible to ensure the time slot you’re looking to attend isn’t sold out!

Car Parking: There are two parking garages that provide access to the museum: the North and South garages. Both garages can be accessed from 400 West and 100 South. First hour is free and parking is free on Sundays. Valet parking is available every evening after 5PM. Valet is located between Fleming’s and the Union Pacific Depot.

Bus Parking: Buses are allowed to drop off on 100 S heading east. Buses are able to park in the lot off of 500 W.

The experience should typically last between 45 and 60 minutes.

Yes, we are wheelchair accessible. There are a few rooms with slanted floors that are not as accessible but those can be bypassed on your visit.

As stated in our Terms & Conditions, all tickets are final sale and non-refundable. Additionally, merchandise items cannot be exchanged.

No, animals are not allowed inside the museum, except for service animals.

No, food and drinks are not allowed in the museum.

Tickets are not required for children who are ages four and younger. They can enter MOI for free!
